Our Painting Process

	Scheduling: One of the first things we ask about are your scheduling needs. We want to make sure we can accommodate you on this. We also maintain a calendar that allows our customers to see what our schedule is like and when they can book services. As well you can book online appointments for estimates by using the Book Now button located by clicking book appointment or project. Your request will be responded to within 24 hours or less. When an online appointment is received, the job is instantly put onto our schedule database. We tell you the approximate start date and then keep you updated. Dates may change due to weather conditions.
	Start of project: Once you have approved and scheduled a painting project, our paint crew will meet you at your project site and our crew chief will sit down with you and explain the entire process including exact timelines for completion. He or she will have a write up of the job that follows the specifications on the painting proposal, to ensure that both parties are on the same page, before beginning the project. Once everything is understood and agreed too, the project will commence.
	During Project: All painting work is done in proper sequence and in accordance with paint manufacturers specifications. Surface preparation i.e. washing, scraping, sanding, etc. is done first. Then the priming followed by the finish painting. Our professional painters will inspect the work periodically while it is ongoing to ensure it is running smoothly and according to plan.
	Project Completion: We will let you know a day or so before we expect to complete the work. This gives you an opportunity to inspect the work to ensure that nothing got missed. Our exterior painters wrap up the job and take care of any touch ups to your full satisfaction.
